JAKARTA - Kru KRI Surabaya-591 tengah mengamati jalur pelintasan saat perjalanan menuju Selat Sunda dalam rangka ujicoba penembakan beberapa rudal dari KRI TNI-AL di Banten, Selasa (19/4). KRI Surabaya-591 adalah kapal Landing Platform Dock (LPD) buatan Korea Selatan yang mempunyai panjang 122 meter, lebar 22 meter dan mampu mengangkut 400 personel tempur, 22 tank, 3 helikopter serta dilengkapi senjata meriam boffors 40 mm.
